SP+ Parking

I've driven in this city for a very long time and this is absolutely the worst managed parking garage I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The attendants are disrespectful and unhelpful. As this is a resident only garage managed by SP+ the same people park here all the time. The attendants and management play favorites and allow some residents to park blocking two spots at a time. It's worse with the night attendants who refuse to move the cars blocking two spots to allow people to park. You come back late at night and there are 10-15 cars taking up two spots. When you ask the attendant to please move one of them and allow you to park they openly refuse and tell you to park in the far back of the lot that's a full city avenue distance from where you live. After circling around Brighton Beach for 40 minutes I decided to google search a parking garage. Excited to see SP+ at this location, however when I drove to the gate I was greeted by the security booth. I told them that I wanted to park at the SP + location, however they said it was for tenants and guests of tenants only. Very disappointing.

Easy, self service parking garage. ** make sure to read the signs at entry, machine measures height of the vehicle and charges extra for larger cars/trucks A bit pricey, but convenient for holidays and weekends in the summer when parking is impossible on the street.

This is not a public parking as advertised, it is for tenants who reside in those specific buildings. Though you don’t find that out until you drive in circles for half an hour even with GPS. Signs are not visible until you drive in these circles and arrive to an off limits parking. Take Uber.
