SP+ Parking @ Continental Garage-AKA Tower 111 Garage

I had a horrible experience at SP+ parking as they lost my car keys! However, and this is a big lesson in customer service for anyone, my bad experience changed to a great experience thanks to Maria Sanchez. I was put in touch with Maria to settle the issue of the lost car key. Her professionalism and empathy immediately gave me great confidence and reassurance. She was on top of the file at every stage, providing me with timely updates. I wish to sincerely thank Maria for the excellence of her service, for changing a horrible experience into one of the best customer experiences I have ever had.

Really bad service. We had reservation for the parking at 10:30, but after we arrive at 10:35 the stuff told us that there are no spot for us, doesn’t matters if we have reservation. He sent us out to look for another parking. Then we call service center to cancel our reservation and the service was bad too.

Slow as can be. Very frustrating
