I’ve been using them for 2 weeks straight at the Morgan Stanley children’s hospital because my baby is in the NICU. Money was stolen from my car and I have yet to hear from manager even after placing claim. They sent it to their insurance and the insurance doesn’t cover any missing or stolen items. This has been the absolute worst valet company I have ever dealt with. No accountability, no rules, no moral, no care for customers.
Service sucks Over 2 hrs and still didn't get my car, never come back don't park.here
Rude. Overcharged. And staff does not speak clearly.
