SP+ Parking

I had previously parked in this garage earlier in the week and my total was 32$, I didn’t have card on me and I only had two $20 bills and a $5 bill. The clerk told me he didn’t have change and told me to just give him $25 and he would adjust the time on his end. So I gave him the $25 and he went to retrieve my vehicle. Flash forward to today, I parked in this lot again and I got my ticket from the same employee that was there that day, as well as an employee in an arm sling. Nobody said anything to me and I went on my way. When I returned to pick up my car around 4:15pm, as I went to pay, the employee in the arm sling told me I only paid his coworker $11 , to which I told him that was impossible as the whole issue was that I didn’t have exact change. Don't park here - I went to court, asked the price for the day. Repeated the price back to them to confirm & was charged double on the way out.

The attendant is very rude and slow. We pulled in and waited for good 10 minutes for him to come and give us the ticket and take the car. Then when we returned he took his sweet time to crawl out of the passenger seat of another customer's car. This also took forever so our parking time went just a couple minutes past 1hr and we had to pay $20, up to 2 hr parking price. There are a few other parkings nearby so i highly recommend going elsewhere.

The worst experience ever first I couldn’t find the place . Then there was no shuttle available to take to the airport. Coming back from my trip again no shuttle to take me back to the parking lot . Never again. Spent 60 dollars on cabs and if they say they offer shuttle service then it should be available to the customer. Terrible service ..

Parked here monthly for 2 years. Service grew progressively worse to the point of dreading the process of getting my vehicle daily. The female attendant simply leaves whenever she pleases, and has left the garage unattended for 30+ Minutes at a time, MULTIPLE times. She made sure to leave her hair iron, makeup, and other party prep on the desk in the office in plain sight though-- don't you worry. If shes not completely missing, shes asleep with all the lights off and door shut. I had to call an uber to go to the local hospital rather than using one of the two cars I had parked here simply because there was no attendant in sight. My car has had multiple dings and scratches during the time I've parked here. Somtimes, it takes upwards to 30+ minutes to even get my car. Calling ahead doesn't
