Wouldn’t let me buy online, kept saying card info was wrong when wasn’t

Location great price is good if order online first. But the security gaurds there are annoying. As I was walking to my car with my wife and two daughters the guy was hounding us about were our car was as if we didnt belong there. Even after I showed him my prepaid ticket he continued to follow and harras us.

Lot was clean and very easy to use. Only tip, if we pre-order a spot on the internet you must arrive after the time other wise you will have to pay via cc or cash to leave the garage and then try to get a refund. I will update after I find out if I got the refund

I have had a monthly parking pass for a few years now. This garage has a serious homeless problem, especially in the winter months. I personally have been approached/attacked twice now, by the mentally insane always drunk or high man that hangs out in the vestibule. And in speaking to other customers, I know I am not the only one. He is there more often than not, and the garage management is not doing enough to ensure to the safety of its customers. Really disappointing as I know that many have reached out for help on this particular issue.

I have been parking in this garage for years. The elevator is always out of order and I have figured out over the years anytime there is a special event going on they will turn off the elevator and put a out of order sign up. There is a huge issue with homeless people living in the garage, especially during the winter months with the problems that comes along with it. Much improvement is needed especially for how much this garage charges!
