I just bought a monthly parking pass from this company. The manager Rahim is so nice! They originally gave me a fob that wasn’t working and he called me from his personal phone when the office phone wasn’t working to help me get out of the parking garage when the fob didn’t work. He then gave me a new one and has been working so far. There is one employee, I don’t know his name who never knew what he was talking about or doing every time I went to the office to try to pick up my fob. I was told by the manager and other employees I could pick it up in the weekend but the guy just kept telling to call the manager. This happened twice.
car was either stolen or towed from this location and no one is answering the phone to give me any idea what happened. They have no physical location.
