SP Plus Parking Lot

Attended a wedding last night at The Union. Parked at 4pm and went to leave around 11:30 and my back license plate had been stolen. A friend parked in front of the Union and had her back window busted out and everything stolen.

Avoid this lot. I parked here for 7 years without incident, then one day received a ticket, despite paying the way that I have always paid. The company has been impossible to deal with. First, they claimed that the method of payment was not theirs and quit responding to emails (it's the same method I have used for years!). After a couple of weeks, I filed a complaint with the BBB, as that seemed to get a response for other people, but SP+ barely responded to that, misidentifying the lot with another one on a totally different street (Walnut). After that, no response. The BBB closed the case as "unresolved." The lot is in a pretty good location, but the people running the show are incompetent (or lazy), and it's starting to look pretty derelict. Buyer beware. Edit: a year later, having ign

Stayed at Hotel Indigo and let the Valet Service Park our Tahoe. They damaged 2, not 1, but 2 wheels and denied my claim, stating they were not at fault! Unbelievable! Do not use this company, and if you do don’t expect them to pay for the damage they cause.

My truck was stolen out of this lot and they offer no help at all and said they were not responsible for it...If you value you vehicle park somewhere else at all cost!!

My window was busted out and had some cash stolen from my vehicle. There are no cameras on this lot. When I arrived there were multiple piles of glass on the ground from other vehicles. Not a safe parking lot.
