This Roofing Company handled the work with professionalism and care. Problem areas were addressed correctly, and the site was kept clean from start to finish. The roof now looks strong and reliable.

Wow! Local family run business, solid work, professional AND very communicative. They shared pictures of the process while I was at work so I could rest easy we were in good hands. I could not believe how many people showed up and quickly and NEATLY they tore down the roof. Eric is very easy to work with and all the staff was great! Highly recommend!!

Beware - this is not a roofing company. At least not now. The person who answers the phone looks up roofers in the area to provide referrals.

First, let me say that Eric is knowledgeable, polite, well spoken and responsive. The team works hard, from the work I witnessed on a couple neighbors homes that needed emergency snow removal and repairs this past winter. I am writing this less than stellar review, solely in regards to the quoting process for full roof replacement. Again, a good effort was made to measure the home and provide a timely quote… Perez roofing came in just short of 2.5x the cost of two other local, reputable roofing contractors for the same product. The bid was over $100k for a ~3000 sqft roof in Galena Forest. I hope that Eric and team learn that a No-Bid is better than a bid so Ridiculous it wouldn’t possibly be accepted.

Perez Roofing were highly professional, fast, & did a fabulous job on our roof! We are SO happy with the way it turned out! I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.
