Camille helped design our DREAM closet. She was so easy to work with and really made it a seamless and fun experience instead of overwhelming or stressful. So beyond happy with how the closet turned out

Our designer, Jamie (no longer with the company), was fantastic and deserves 5 stars!! Unfortunately, the overall experience does not. Final measurements were taken for our two closet systems on 10/15/2025, and we were told installation scheduling would follow within two weeks. After weeks of no communication, I reached out on 11/12/2025. Only after requesting to cancel the order did I receive a call on 11/19/2025 from Michael, the Customer Experience Manager, who promised a 10% discount to “make things right.” Despite asking on multiple occasions, I never received any written confirmation of the discount. Installation took place December 11–12, 2025. While the installers were extremely professional and the closets looked great, two rods were incorrect and required three separate visits

From service to quality, Everything about space makers is awesome!! Kayla was awesome with design proposals and making adjustments as per my requirements…thank you Kayla for being so patient with us :) !! Quality of the material used is very good and fittings are very sturdy…finally one big thank you to ‘Chris’ who did an amazing job with installation in just 3-4 hours. Highly recommended space makers to everyone looking for beautiful and sturdy closet makeover.

I initially had some issues with my order and when I finally reached out to SpaceMakers, my issues were treated immediately. My closet looks beautiful and SpaceMakers really made my dream closet come to reality. Communication was not as great as I would have liked initially buh as soon as I spoke to someone about it, everything was handled excellently. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

SpaceMakers Closets is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with and I cannot say enough good things about their customer service. From the first visit by Seden Harrison to the installation and beyond, they have been excellent. The patience Seden had during the design process was incredibly refreshing and her ideas and help with the decisions were spot on. The installation of our laundry room and three closets was done to perfection and we are beyond thrilled with the result. We were in desperate need of closet and laundry organization (as you will see in the before photos which are very embarrassing).
