We have had great service with Sparkle Pool Service. The guy that comes out has kept our pool looking great and very sweet to our dogs. I don't think it takes long to test the water and add chemicals as needed. A comment to the prior person that reviewed, we were told by Leslies's to drain our pool, we did not take that advice and treated (shocked) it instead. This was a few years back when we first moved into our home.

Sparkle has taken care of the pool at our home for over a decade. They come at the same time every Friday like clock work. My pool looks the same whether is the middle of summer or winter. Clear, clean and I don’t have to buy and store the chemicals. You’ll spend more on chemicals and you’ll be frustrated trying to keep everything balanced. This is the way to go to keep your pool in shape all year round.

We have used Sparkle Pools for 13 years. They are always prompt with our service and if there is ever an issue with our pool Keith responds very quickly. We highly recommend using them.

Have used Sparkle for over 30 years. They are as regular as clock work and very concerned about the service they provide their customers. In the spring when it is difficult to keep our pool looking good they go out of their way to get things right.

Have used Sparkle Pool for a while. When they first started, they were extremely thorough, leaving logs documenting their work, etc. Lately we had noticed the visits getting shorter. Our cameras were picking up the employees either entering the backyard with no tools or chemicals, or on the last visit, a bucket of who knows what. On that visit the tech was here a total of 64 seconds, as picked up on our cameras. We immediately discontinued service. Our new company came out and checked the chemicals in our pool and found the to be so bad that he recommended us draining the pool. One star is generous here.
