Sparkle Wash Cincinnati

I had sparkle wash come clean my awning they did a great job it looks brand new now. I thought i was going to have to get a new one but they revived it. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a great experience with the end product of our awning, cleaning and sealing. From the outset, we had a major misunderstanding about how they would clean the awning. We were told on the phone that they would use brushes and we found out after the cleaning would be a “detail clean“ which was an additional $600. We had to call several times to get a response to have them come back to do the sealing of the awning after the initial clean. Our awning had two places where it occasionally tripped during a hard rain. After the cleaning, it was actually better. After the ceiling, however, we had massive amounts of water, come through the awning and create droplets along the support structure. We had our house washed. The one side of the house had a lot of algae growth and needed to be treated again after the initial treatment. I made the call and they were back in a timely fashion no questions asked. ***However when doing my annual maintenance on my AC I found that the decided to pressure wash my AC unit on the side of my house*** Anyone who knows how AC’s work understands how big of a deal this is. Will not be a returning customer.

Jason and Kenny came out and had our gutters, patio, and windows cleaned SPOTLESS in less than an hour. They even hit the soffits so they didn't stand out being all dirty. Our house looks better than ever! Thanks!!

I hired sparkle wash to do a cleaning of the exterior of my house. Their responses were always prompt and my house looks great! Jason did a fantastic job.
