I was very pleased in dealing with Sparkling Image. We dealt with the company professionally to have graffiti removed at one of our properties. The team's communication was spot on with being responsive and staying on the discussed schedule. Pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use again when the need arises. I was very pleased to see that there was no visibility of graffiti even being on our block wall after they completed the work. Excellent job, team!

Instead of industry-standard cleaning solutions, Shawn Tiller, the owner, used chlorinated water to “wash” my roof. A week later I started noticing dead areas on all my front shrubbery. He killed the sides of 19 foundation shrubs and severely damaged two Dogwood trees. He agreed to return all of the $680 I had paid him. However, after promising that he would bring me a full refund, he was a no-show all 3 times he insisted he was coming with the money.

This was an amazing transformation. We highly recommend this company. Very professional service all the way around. Our roof was moss covered and we thought we were headed for a new roof but not now! It looks fantastic and is blue again. Because we live under the shade of trees and near the water the moss was thick and the entire outside was dirty and the gutters were clogged. Sparkling Image did a remarkable job in removing the moss and cleaning the roof so it is blue again and it looks fantastic. The house is sparkling on the outside. They cleaned the walkways, sidewalks and screened in porches. The windows are shining on the outside!

Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company for any services. Don't waste your money, time and consideration. The owner is very rude, unreliable and unprofessional. We hired him for our pavers to be cleaned and sealed. We ended up hiring someone else to redo the job. The sand that he replenished ended up in our pool and all over our backyard. It clogged our drains in our backyard and my husband spent 3 hrs on his hands and knees unclogging them. You were never willing to work with any of our schedules. You lied when my husband questioned you about the rain we received the Friday that you said the job was finished and sent a final invoice. You said the rain wouldn't effect the job but it definitely did. Then my husband shows me a picture on your Facebook account
