Sparks Septic Service

Had a septic emergency, gave Sparks Septic a call. Within a hour they had a truck at my house. Its the middle of winter in Wisconsin, Shane Sparks had our problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 mintues. Couldnt be happier with the service. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

Sparks Septic and there team came out and steamed our septic lateral when we froze up in early February. Went above and beyond to get us thawed which we really appreciated seeing as we had just moved into our brand new home. Low and behold, two weeks later, we froze up again. Shane figured out that the boiler was trickling water through the lateral, and it was freezing up at the tank. To alleviate the problem immediately, he piped up some small conduit and installed a small pump to keep the boiler training and it not running into our septic. He then dug up the frozen part and put charcoal on it to help it thaw. With no snow cover and being on the north side of the home, the frost was deep. He was also able to determine that we needed to add a clean out at the exterior of the home. I highl

I cannot say enough good things about Sparks. We had our drain field freeze and backed up into the house. He came a couple hours later and took care of our immediate needs and then gave instructions on what we needed to do for him to get into the tank and came back the next day to get us operational again. I also found something that needed to be repaired by a plumber in the crawl space and he took the time to fix that too. Great company and person!

I've been using Sparks for 12 years for pumping and inspections. Last weekend I found the septic pipe at my cabin FROZEN. Sparks came out quickly with all the tools and more importantly the knowledge to get my toilets flushing again! Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We had them pump our septic a few years ago. Was told he would be at our home around noon. Had to go to town, so we left early morning. Came back around 11 AM, and it was all done. I could tell he never flushed out the bottom of the tank because the water hose was not used. Had a different company pump it today, and this guy said the sludge on the bottom of the tank should just flow into the pumper hose, and ours did not. He told me he could tell it was not flushed because it was crusted. It makes you wonder if ours was even pumped by Sparks when we were not home.
