Overall our experience was great. Pearl in the office is incredibly sweet and a doer. She will get it figured out and call you back in a timely manner. Bruce came out to tweak our garage door after an inexperienced worker did the initial install. Bruce is one of those quality “been doing this for decades” do it right kind of guys. As we were opening/closing for final check, his well trained ear caught that “not quite right” sound and he could have left as I did not hear what he heard. After all garage doors are noisy, but his many years of experience told him better and he climbed back up and used his tools and expertise to tweak again. I was incredibly impressed with his work ethic and would ask for Bruce personally to install your garage door.

Your technician Bruce was on time, trustworthy, and done an excellent job lubricating and adjusting the garage door. It is so quiet that I can't believe it's the same door! Thank you for your great service!

Had them put up 6inch seamless gutters on my brand new house. Called the next day asking if a member of management could swing by and check out poor quality workmanship (Cuts and gaps left in the siding for bugs and water to get in.) I was told they were too busy to have someone come out. Finally, after a call to corporate, they called and scheduled a day to check the horrible job that was done. A manager and a tech came out and "worked their magic." After they had come out to fix the issues, I get home from work to find my gutters are literally falling off the house now, now they have taken the screws out of the fasteners/ brackets that hold the gutters to the house. Pearl and Tony went above and beyond to get my home insulation done ASAP knowing I have small children and my home was 85 degrees. The 2 gentleman who came and did the work were wonderful and in and out! Now my house is comfortable and cool! 10/10!! Thank you
