The team did an amazing job. We had water leaking from the washing machine valve/faucet. The came in, took out everything that was wet, dried it out with their equipment, and then started reconstruction. It did take a while to get the reconstruction underway, but the team who did it were amazing. Taylor was fabulous and very thorough, as well as friendly and easy to talk to. Victor did a spot on job with the carpets, they are like new again. The whole team were fab. I will just say one thing. Make sure they take their shoes off or wear booties because they left Trails of red clay all over my new carpets. Taylor didn't, she was very respectful.

With the mess that we had and the damage done to our home, working with Taylor and Brad , we always felt we were in good hands. They both are genuinely good people who saw our issues and acted in way they would if it was their own home. They stayed professional and went above and beyond for our family in a time of absolute need and uncertainty. We can’t thank them enough for giving us our home back.

Do NOT hire this company. Absolutely terrible. One of the most regrettable decisions I have made was entering into a reconstruction contract with Spartan Emergency Water Removal. From the outset and throughout the duration of this project, their staff consistently demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor communication, minimal accountability, and an overall disregard for customer service standards. The matters described below are fully documented within an extensive email correspondence between Spartan and myself. I recently had my basement fixed by Spartan after a pipe leaked and the team that I dealt with was so amazing, thorough and kind. A special shout out to Kyle, the project manager, who showed us such grace and support during this process. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Also wanted to mention Rebecca who coordinated everything for us. She was very patient and explained everything along the way. The reconstruction team that came in did excellent work and if we have any future problems with any pipes or leaks we will definitely be using Spartan again. Highly recommend this company.
