I recently had a very professional experience with Spartan Mechanical. The team removed and replaced two old units with new ones, including condensers, air handlers, and smart thermostats, in just one day. They were prompt, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. The owner, David, and lead technician, Caleb, provided excellent communication throughout the process. The quote included multiple options with links to facilitate research. They have immediately responded to our needs, night or day (we run two shifts), they have been competitive on all of my large unit replacements. They have saved our company in A/C and heating costs by keeping our units maintained and cleaned. Technician did not come off as very experienced and was on the phone half the time (2 hour visit) dealing with his employer or asking questions. Was quoted $800 for a repair job that another company came out a few days later and fixed in 30 minutes during a normal tune up. Seems like a trustworthy and honest company but I definitely recommend getting a second opinion from a larger company before agreeing to any work.
