I Hired this company as a referral by our roofer. Paid for materials and job in advance (big mistake) Company took months to complete simple edge work needed for our roof replacement. They ordered too much material on which i paid for and can’t be returned. I was told i’d be getting my refund in the mail for the amount i over paid. It’s literally been 3 months. Now i don’t even get a response from the company. Bad business practice, Bad service. Bad communication. I would not refer this company for any upcoming projects or to any friends or associates. Since you want to respond with lies... Here are the reciepts.

Whole thing was quick and efficient from initial phone call to repair. Had an old chimney sweep bricked up on the outside. My phone message was returned quickly and repair job was also done quickly and at a reasonable price. Will use again.

Unfortunately I have to give a one star rating because the chimney cap was never replaced to finish the work on our chimney. Our chimney was replaced and it was perfect! We paid in full. Angelo said he would come back with the chimney cap. This was Summer 2024. We have never heard from him since. No response from text, email, phone or the contact us link on the website. Actually we did text once and asked if he would just drop the cap off, we would put it on. He said ok but it never happened. Crickets!

Angelo was very responsive throughout the whole process and professional. Even with a little hiccup initially the job got done quickly.

Angelo was very nice and polite, but apparently too busy to handle existing customers. We had them do 3 different jobs for us over a couple years and even referred them to a neighbor. If you run into issues with their work, you won’t get a follow up call. We tried getting them to fix it over several months but ended up having to hire another company to repair the cap Spartan didn’t install properly and had fallen from our chimney during a windstorm in 2022.
