I recently had a new furnace installed. I have been very pleased with Mike's workmanship and the product. Mike answered my service call within two hours which was after his normal business hours. He did diagnostic tests, and then explained clearly the results. Mike gave me some options, and we determined that my best course of action would be a new furnace. Mike did not pressure me into getting a larger furnace and gave me a few days to make my final decision. The installation took only one day and everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer all my questions. I am extremely satisfied with the work which was done. I highly recommend Mike Zack and Spartan Mechanical!
