I had a minor issue on my roof that I couldn’t get to myself, and had tried finding a handyman to do the job to no avail. Being such a small thing, no one wanted to bother. Hayden responded quickly, got out here and handled it before I even got home, charged me NOTHING for doing it. I will definitely be using Spartan when it’s time for roof repairs.

I highly recommend Hayden and his team at Spartan Roofing. We had a condensation issue in our roof caused by poor ventilation, and the first roofing company we called told us the entire roof, along with a large portion of the plywood, needed to be replaced. Wanting to be sure, we gathered several additional quotes and quickly found Spartan to be the most straightforward and professional to work with. While I was out of town during the scheduled work, Hayden (the owner) personally called and even FaceTimed me to walk through their findings. He showed me the areas where they had removed some shingles in the suspected problem spots and explained to me that everything was still in excellent condition. Had our old cedar shake roof replaced with asphalt a few years back by these guys. Was extremely pleased with their work ethic and communication through the whole process. Have had many compliments and been very pleased with everything they did. Recently we found a mysterious leak and these guys came out immediately. They helped me chase down a venting issue from our bathroom fan which was causing condensation to build up and freeze on the bottom of the plywood, then melt off during these warm weather spells. No issues with the roof itself, but these guys helped me find the problem and even came out and installed a new vent flashing for me free of charge! I have paid for an entire roof replacement and two repairs with these people, and have never had any issues until the last job. I have even recommended friends and family their way because of how well they had done beforehand...and now I'm just embarrassed. They came to repair my roof and instead left a back to front scratch against my vehicle- it might not be the most expensive car but the disregard for personal property is alarming. I am beyond disappointed and I hope they make it right...
