I recently had a new garage door installed that had broke at 6am that morning. I called Spartanburg Garage Door company at 8am. The came out with in 11/2 hours. They looked at it and then came back a short while later and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The installers were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was adjusted perfectly before leaving. I called Mike about replacing a broken garage door spring. He came out same day, within 30 minutes of my call. He & his crew quickly replaced the spring, making sure everything was working properly before they left. His price was very reasonable and service was fantastic!

Michael helped me out when another company did a poor job. After I had the other company replace a broken spring, my garage door was making a loud racket. The other company told me I needed to replace the whole door, but I got a second opinion from Michael, who correctly diagnosed the problem as bad bearing plates. The other company also installed mismatched springs that were the wrong size, which Michael swapped out with correctly sized springs at no added charge. Michael was timely and professional and also has helped me try to get some money back from the other company (unsuccessfully so far). I highly recommend his expertise and helpfulness.

Exceptional company, my spring had broken and was unable to get my car out on Saturday. Called in the morning and he was able to come out within an hour and replaced with 2 springs. Did some preventative maintenance and garage is so quiet and acts as if new. Very reasonable pricing also.
