AWFUL Streaks in my pool, after I paid extra for deep blue color. My pool is a total Embarrassment! It looks like someone spilled paint in it. I was helping a lady with her fence in a different neighborhood and she had the same streaks and what do you know....her pool was resurfaced by no other but NEIL.... Neil has been no help at all....everything wrong is the customers fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! NEIL inherited this company through marriage and he doesn't know much about good work.

This company was recommended to us by our realtor, we trusted her recommendation since she was awesome, unfortunately this company is terrible. The owners never answers the phone or emails, the lack of communication was terrible, it got so bad I wanted to cancel everything but my husband believed they would do a good job with the resurfacing. Well they didn't, just like I knew they wouldn't. They where so unprofessional but I never said anything because I just wanted this nightmare to be over. 1 year later I get a call from the city because they never closed out the permit, which means this night mare continues. Please do not go with them!

Upon signing the contract. We learned that the man selling the pool Mike lied. He said he was the co owner of the company and licensed pool builder, with his license number on the contract. That lic number belonged to someone I never spoke with. The actual owner license is listed as a pool reseller or renovation person. Call DBPR for information. And your county for previous permits. Which he was not allowed to pull in my county of Orange. Nor city of Orlando. The draft Neil gave us for our HOA was declined by HOA. As it was a to scale drawing with no measurements. No types of materials used or any of the necessary information. I asked too many questions. Some that were answered and many “don’t worry about it”. Love this shop. Quality work at a decent price. Definitely honest and surprised to hear the owner walking customers through repairs and maintenance. My kind of mom-n-pop!
