Speakman Excavating goes above and beyond for their clients. I had two septic companies prior who were not willing or able to take on a complicated septic install. Charlotte and her team came in and saved the day. They met every deadline we needed in order to complete the sale of the home even with the snow we had this winter. I have zero reservations recommending them.

Worked with Charlotte and Miguel for a septic inspection and potential repair. Cannot stress how helpful they were, stellar service from start to finish. Quick responses and clarification when needed, scheduling the work and providing the report.

Contracted with Speakman for yard excavation/flattening and a hatchway installation. Miguel handled the job from start to finish. Job was done exactly as expected. Miguel worked with my timeline to insure I could have the exterior door at the bottom of the hatchway into our basement framed and installed within 24 hours of him installing the hatchway. Some settling of fill around the hatchway after some heavy rain two days later and Miguel was there within 2 hours to fill and compact. Another small amount of settling happened in front and he was there to fill and compact within two days (I texted him on Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend and he arrived before 8:30AM in Tues to fill and compact. They are a family with strong family values. From the initial conversation with Jan, consultation with Dan and work performed by Miguel they were responsive, kept me updated with communications and did what they said they would do to meet their commitments and address my needs with efficiency and the highest degree of integrity. Speakman installed our septic system over 6 years ago. We just recently had it pumped and an issue was discovered. We informed Speakman, who them came to our site with excavating equipment and resolved the issue. Exceptional customer service.
