Casey came out the same day and didn’t stop there. She continued coming back troubleshooting and putting in the time over multiple days until the real problem was finally diagnosed and fixed. Even after she left she continuously checked in by text to make sure our heat was still working and stayed in constant contact with us. Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc. handles all of our service, maintenance, and repair for our HVAC systems, as well as our daughters’ units. They are both affordable and dependable. We have always had positive experiences working with Kim and respect his honesty and transparency—qualities you don’t find in many business owners today. We recently had them come out to install some gas piping for us, and they did an excellent job. We will be doing business with the Spearman family for many years to come!
