If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company has a terrible return policy - they don't accept returns at all!** I bought a tool here that turned out to be completely wrong for what I needed. To make matters worse, the tool was obviously unused and in perfect condition. There's no reason they shouldn't have accepted a return, especially since it wasn't even my fault. **Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!** There are plenty of other stores with fair return policies where you won't be stuck with a useless tool like I am.

Scott, Dottie and Reid are extremely helpful and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need when you need it.
