They do not change pay dates even when auto pay is set up and your pay date is Friday not Wednesday. They can’t shut autopay off so you don’t overdraft either. Highly recommend ATT for internet as spectrum is not customer friendly nor do they care about the consumer.

I promise you. Spectrum does not care about you. Go somewhere else. Let this company die.

I have worked with Joe Hermann and his sons for the past several years. They totally created and built a beautiful apartment in our basement.
