Speedy Heating and Air

I had a great experience with Speedy Heating and Air! I worked with them through a home warranty claim to replace my furnace. They were very quick to respond and get out and diagnose the issue. They were also very quick to communicate with my home warranty company and me regarding my claim. Andrew, specifically, worked diligently to find options for me that would fit my home and my family’s needs. He was very communicative, quick, and efficient. Kristen, who answers the phones was also wonderful to work with! I would put my trust in this business again!

Technicans were great, professional and courteous. The work was completed within the time they projected. The website for making the payment didnt work properly (used two different bank accounts, payment didnt go though; caused a delay in my installation). Had to process payment by phone and my installation was reschedule for six days latter, resulting in being out of heat for another week. Otherwise the service was great.

Thank you for allowing me, the opportunity to comment referencing my experience with your company. I needed a seasonal check for AC/Heater. Evan, who was my initial service person, was amazing enough. His visit was not in vain and very successful requiring additional service with a part to be replace that had completely burned out. Following Evan's visit, I had the pleasure of Derrick replacing the part that was needed in ample time. Wow! Derrick and Evan both exceeded all of my expectations. I found Derrick as well as Evan incredibly patient, with both finding the solution for my request in better than reasonable time. Ordering the part that was needed, and servicing/installing was a in and out with all "T" crossed. I highly recommend this company. I am so excited to do this review! S

Derek from Speedy Heating and Air was awesome. He fixed the issue in the first 20 minutes. Then proceeded to show me all the ways I could improve the efficiency of the system myself. I spent the next 3 hours following his instruction and my furnace is heating the house so much better. It’s refreshing dealing with people that just want to help and not dupe you into some big expense. Can’t recommend them enough

We had both Andrew from the initial visit and Derek for the follow up visit from Speedy. Both were amazing and efficient. Identified and tackled the problem, ordered the part and was back 2 days later to repair our furnace with the inducer motor. They went above and beyond and checked the furnace, blower, all the pipes and valves to make sure they were fitted, tight, and no leaks. Then also went outside and checked the gas pipes coming into the house. Very thorough and made sure we were not losing gas which would lead to higher prices, especially in the winter time. Highly recommend Speedy to anyone.
