Speedy Plumbing was assigned to our leak through American Home Shield. They came out after a few days to tell us that we need to cut a hole through our ceiling to access and replace faulty pipes and they'll be back next week. 3 weeks later, AHS says that the plumber reported replacing some putty and resolved the issue. -Which never happened- I can't get a hold of the plumber, called and left voicemails, no response. Nobody did any work at the house at all. I have called AHS who apparently recalled the service. The leak was reported 12/14/2025, this review written 1/7/26 and we still can't use our shower. 1/7/26 - "Texas" just called and said that their notes state that the plumber added putty to the drain and it resolved the issue. -That never happened - I told them that what was explai

From day one when I placed a service request to American Home Shield, the owner Texas called the very next day to inform me that they would be out that very day. Texas continued to communicate with us throughout the whole process! His service man Mike came the exact day we were told and took his time to ensure everything was done correctly. They were excellent and so respectful. Texas even reached out to us after the repairs were completed. Speedy Plumbing put the needs of their customers first and gave us the support to help us get through a tough situation. Thank you Texas, Mike, and everyone at Speedy Plumbing!

Do not EVER do business with these people. If AHS ever puts them as your dispatched tech. Demand another company. They will overcharge you and the supposed fix will fail within 24 hours with Speedy Plumbing to offer no compensation or offer to come back out and address their issue. $1,383 24 hours later…still have the problem they were paid to diagnose & fix. Also, you will have to beg Texas to do his part with AHS by submitting he did the work the this morning after the service was marked complete by him yesterday afternoon, and to give you a receipt for your own record. My experience with Texas and his crew was a possitive one. Came and looked at the job, gave me an estimate in a timely manner. Few days later we were scheduled and the work was done, and done well. Friendly, people who are good at their trade. I recommend.

I was in regular contact with the team and the owner, Texas, and they were fantastic! I have several questions as to the work and insurance and they never hesitated to answer me and give call backs! They came out to my house and resolved the issue within just a few hours. Everyone was incredibly respectful, honest, and professional. I truly appreciate that! They even took a few minutes to play with my kids, which meant a lot. Overall, I highly recommend this company and the quality of their work. I also have AHS (American Home Shield), and they were able to cover part of the work, which was a big help. I definitely recommend having AHS coverage as well. Thank you all again for your excellent service, honesty, and care!
