I just wanted to take a moment to thank Speir Heating and Air for how they recently took care of a situation with our air conditioning system. We woke up to a large water stain on our great room ceiling and realized it was coming from the air handler in our attic. We called Speir to have someone come out to check on things. We are part of their bi-annual service plan, and they honored that to our full satisfaction. They were able to quickly figure out the issue, took measures to stop any further damage, determined what needed to be done to prevent the same issue in the future and explained everything they had done which put our minds at ease. Speir Heating and Air has done a great job taking care of my HVAC over the last 6 years. I have continued to have a system maintenance performed every 6 months. The technician who takes care of this is Marcus and he is always thorough in his work and in his communications with me. He shows great patience in answering all of my questions and does his best to take care of us.

Had an issue with the air ducts in our attic and Speir Heating & Air came to the rescue! Levi was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and kind. He fixed our issue with high quality work in a timely manner. Definitely recommend Speir to anyone as I definitely will be using them moving forward!

Speir designed and installed our HVAC system when we built our home 20 years ago. They’ve been with us every step of the way since then. We just had our bi-annual service check done and Marcos performed the inspection and tune up. He is always punctual, friendly and knowledgeable.
