Nick and team helped us with several home projects including a new fence for our backyard, a refresh of our guest bathroom and a complete renovation of our master bathroom (photos shown are both before and after pictures of this project!). Nick and his team were incredible at every phase - making suggestions on ways to improve functionality and design or reduce cost, working around our family's schedule and needs, were incredibly focused on keeping the rest of our home clean and functional, and were also able to add on smaller projects throughout our time together. We came in on-budget and are so thrilled with the results. This was our first time completing a major home renovation and Nick made it so easy for us and was amazing - we can't wait to work with them again on future home project

I can not say enough about Speros Construction! We used Nick to enclose our back porch for my husband's man cave, build a grilling station and do some landscaping. He helped us from navigating our homeowners' association to making important suggestions and offering great ideas for our project. It started out small and grew to a larger project as we saw his work product and focused attention to detail. He wanted everything to be perfect and took the extra steps to ensure it was. He was responsive to our texts and phone calls and was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole project. I wanted to surprise my husband with a piece of furniture encorporatiing his cigar boxes and asked Nick if he could do that. Nick was so excited to do the project and agreed quickly. Nick and team were great to work with every step of the way. Through the entire process he was available for any questions I might have. He was also very mindful of the fact we were without a working kitchen and made scheduling of the demo and reconstruction decisions to try and keep us with a working kitchen as much as possible. Will not hesitate to use Nick for any future projects.

We did fairly large renovation project with Nick in 2024 (Kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a bar area). Nick was great to work with he has a great team but he is very knowledgeable about many areas on his own and I had him do some extra projects for me while I had him. The quote I got was detailed (unlike the others I had received), easy to follow along as we went through the project to keep up with everything no surprises. Nick is extremely pleasant to be around someone you will consider a friend when he is finished and I will have him back for any future projects. I took me a while to find the right person to help with this project and it was 100% worth with the wait.
