I highly recommend SPF Roofing Systems, Inc. for installation of your sprayed polyurethane roof or any other roofing needs. SPF’s bid was highly competitive among all bids received and their proposal package by far was the best of all those submitted. The brochure was comprehensive and included all Miami-Dade notice of acceptance materials, product & warranty information, as well as reference contacts. We called several references and all provided excellent reviews. SPF’s warranty was better than all others and included a forward maintenance program. We are stopped: first there was no material and then they had no way to bring it to the place, then the few repairs they made caused more water to enter the roofs than before repairing them. Supposedly on Wednesday the 20th of 12 -2023 they bring the material. I do not understand how a company that has been in the market for that long can say that it does not have a way to transport the material. I invite you to visit the place in case any of my friends who appear giving the best ratings want to be sure of what I say. Location, Countryside Village Condom . Miami Dade.
