We recently had a tub to shower conversion done by Baths By Spicer Bros and we are so happy with how everything turned out. They actually did the same conversion for my father in law about six months ago and after seeing his results we knew we wanted to use them too. Artie was the representative who came out to take the initial measurements and go over all of our options. He was on time, very friendly, and really knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he knows what he is talking about. Dustin at Spicer Bros came out to quote some roofing jobs for our church campus in Pocomoke and he stood out over the other contractors with his highly thorough inspection. Through his inspection we were able identify some key elements about the project that other contractors had not picked up on. This allowed our team to budget for the project properly. Through the work the team was clear and communicative, treated our property and historic graveyard with respect, cleaned up all debris thoroughly, and showed the same overall attention to detail that Dustin showed during the initial inspection. I would 100% recommend Spicer Bros.. We are very happy with the installation of a new roof on my parents home. It was installed within a few weeks after we went to contract and completed the job in one day… it looks great! All of the Spicer employees were polite and helpful - beginning with our sales consultant Joe, our Proj Mgr Brandon, our install supervisor JR, the installers themselves, and the staff people at their office. Their communication and customer service was excellent. They did a terrific job cleaning up the debris after they were done! We would definitely recommend Spicer Bros for anyone needing a new roof!

Spicer Brothers did an OUTSTANDING Job on our roof installation! From Matthew Wallace coming out and arranging an expedited installation once realizing a tarp was too dangerous to install. Then Doug, Dave Webster and Brandon came out on Thursday and cut out the old siding for new flashing preparation. They did excellent work, were very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job in cleaning up work site. We were very pleased! Then Installation began on Friday (the following week) and roof completed on Saturday with exception of flashing completed one week later on Monday. We had some damage done to our facia board from their ladder laying against it but was quickly addressed and replaced at no charge to us.
