He also does an excellent job at closing my pool. With over 20 years of experience, Matt truly knows his stuff. Splashes had been maintaining a pool for us for a few years. It was time for a change. We went from a 21' above ground to a beautiful 14×14 inground which Matt custom designed for us. My wife and I have no children and we wanted an pool for us to "hang out". We also wanted to design an area that incorporated some other features. Matt first came up with an incredible design that we completely fell in love with. We sat with him last October and finalized everything. As spring came, we knew we were the second pool he was doing this year. He stayed in close contact with us, giving us a schedule which Mother Nature did not help with, but he was still able to start very close to our anticipated start date. After seeing the high-end look and second to none craftsmanship of this Pool Company, we hired Matt Morreale-owner of Splashes Pools & Spas. I will start off by saying that I’m not a “Review person”, but felt compelled to submit a review for this company. Splashes crushed our expectations throughout the whole project, working long hours, was on the job site everyday (weather permitting) to get the job completed so my family and I could enjoy it. He agreed to open our pool and show us “pool basics” for $400. He came, took the cover off our in ground pool, then said he would be back “later” that day to finish. After hours of waiting, we had plans so we left. He called while we were out and we explained. He said he would come Tuesday “after 5:00.” He never called and never showed up… but he did cash the check. I have reached out, but no response. I’m looking into legal action. Do not trust him!
