Splendid Remodel did an amazing job on my house! We were able to add a 20'x16' two story addition after navigating a challenging variance process with the city. There were changes and surprises along the way that needed some extra funds, but my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Our favorite part being the new master shower. Quality work from a quality general contractor.

We had an amazing experience with Kurt and David! We did a complete remodel of our downstairs, which included knocking down a couple walls, electrical work, brand new kitchen, lighting, flooring, and more. From the initial walkthrough for a quote all the way to the finished product, their work ethic was excellent and they went above and beyond our expectations. Throughout the remodel, my children got to know them very well and even commented that they missed having them in our home once the job was finished. I highly recommend working them. You will get high quality work with incredible integrity!

OMG Splendid Remodel just installed a new picture window 6’ x 4’ in my living room. They had to cut through the house to make the opening!! I can’t say enough good things about Kurt and his team. Kurt was quick to respond to my request and communicated through the entire process. His team was exceptional and worked like a fine tuned machine. I will use them for all my remodel work. If I could give them more than five stars I would!!!!!

We contracted with Kurt and his son to build out our basement and they did a fantastic job! They came in with an open mind and a willingness to try new things to make our experience exactly as we wanted it. They completed on time and within our budget. Fast forward a year, and we had a beam that warped slightly due to drying. This was certainly not there fault but they jumped all over and corrected the issue. Great company to work with.
