Such a good job and a very good price. Had another company come first and they charged 3 x the amount and did not get any stains out. Spot Free did a great job for us! Our 18 year old carpet looked almost new! He also stretched it for us!

Not happy, which is sad because they have cleaned 2 of our other rentals before this and did a great job then. Someone was supposed to be at our home at 9 AM and they were on time which was nice but that is the only nice this about my experience this time, but I got a call less than 20 minutes after I left saying they were done and when I went to do my walk through with the landlords, they were still dirty and there is still dog hair stuck in the carpet that I couldn't get out with my regular vacuum. The house didn't smell clean and fresh from the carpets getting done, there were not lines in the carpet from the cleaner running over is and they were not damp. When I tried to talk to them about it to have them go back and fix it they were essentially telling me they won't do it saying they

Alan was such a pleasure to do business with. He was scheduled to carpet clean our home that we were selling during a snow storm, he did try to do everything he could but unfortunately our moving truck was in the way along with the piles of snow. He called us immediately and rescheduled. I wish I had photos, but unfortunately we were already moved out. I was recommended by him from a nice woman on the Nextdoor App who had her carpets cleaned by him, and then after he completed ours he was available for my neighbors as well! Great service, so friendly!

We used Alan to clean the carpets at our office. He did an excellent job, very thorough, great communication.
