Not sure why the reviews are so bad. Was visiting NYC with my boyfriend & we decided to leave our car overnight since this parking was next to our hotel and also cheaper than the parking our hotel offered. Had no issues whatsoever, our car was intact and the service was good - we told them the day & time we would leave and our car was ready, we we're also able to come in between our stay if we wanted to leave stuff in the car. Would def recommend!!

First great experience with a NYC parking lot. Had a reservation, like always, went in and out no problem. Staff was very friendly. A very pleasant surprise.

Book a parking space at 408 w 37 NYC on 11/9. Turned away because lot was full. Attendant says we can get refund because tickets not scanned. I've been trying to receive a refund for since 11/10. Wy.com doesn't want to issue me a refund because I didn't park in another lot. I parked on the street because I didn't have time to look for another parking spot. THIS IS A CASH A GRAB AND UNACCEPTABLE TO TAKE PEOPLES money with no service.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! This place is now called City Parking. It’s not run by the city and think the valet is running a scam. No matter what the size of your car is the valet will claim it’s over sized.When I asked what the policy is for length of oversized vehicles and he didn’t know what it was but “knew” mine was oversized. I pointed to another car that is the same length as mine and asked if they charged overdrive for that vehicle and he said no but mine was oversized. I asked him to measure it and he refused. He refused to get me my car unless I paid the oversized fee of $10/day. The posted rate for oversized is $8.45 but he demanded the $10/day and tried to force me to pay in cash. He got very upset when I told him that if I had to pay I was paying by credit card. I think this place i

If u care about the rims on your car don't bring your car here. Scratched the whole rim on our brand new truck. Paid a little extra because of there cars they showed in the pictures thinking it would be safe but we were wrong.
