I was given a quote via text to have a rental property cleaned. The property had been freshly painted, new carpet installed in the bedrooms, the oven had been already cleaned as well as the refrigerator, and the kitchen cabinets had been freshly painted. Had the quote gone over a little bit I would have been fine but it was three times the quoted price! Do not recommend!
