Our recent experience with Spotless and Seamless Exteriors was mixed. We are happy with the quality of our new exterior and storm doors, and the final product met our expectations. Unfortunately, the process to get there was frustrating. Communication throughout the project was inconsistent and often unclear. Our point of contact, Art, was uncertain about scheduling details, and unable to provide clear answers about timing or payment. We did not receive formal invoices or documentation, and much of the process felt informal and disorganized.
