This is my second time and last time using this “cleaning” service. I paid for one spot removal and ended up with multiple spots, the top is now darker than the bottom (even though I had both made of the same fabric). My alterations were also a day late. One pair of pants poorly hemmed another one that wasn’t hemmed even though I paid. Poor customer service and a scam. I will be reporting this “business”

Trust the negative reviews of this business. I dropped off my items for wash and fold and when I went to pick up my items, I noticed my bags of cleaned clothes were right at the entrance of the establishment and were open so the contents of my laundry were visible to everyone who entered the store. In addition, my clothes were not in a protective nylon sheet and open to elements in the location with the most foot traffic – the entrance to the store. Not exactly something you want to see when you are going to pick up your clothes. When I raised the issue of why my laundry bags were open with the attending employee, she caught an attitude and rudely told me that they had no that they had no other space to put the bags – her attitude, tone and response were completely unacceptable. Giving it a 1 star because we paid $30 for our comforter to get dry cleaned and I didn’t even seem like it was cleaned at all. Doesn’t even smell good. Unfortunately never coming back.

DO NOT use their services!! My sister brought her son’s coat to this establishment to get cleaned before heading back home out of state. While traveling 8 hours home, my nephew’s skin has become irritated by chemicals they used on his coat. Also, they did a horrible job at “cleaning” the coat and removing the lint!! I’m so upset that he has to be uncomfortable while traveling.

Today was my first time at this location and when I say love the energy i received as soon as I step foot in the door. Stella energy is what a lot of these business need! She smile the whole entire time I was there and was very professional! Definitely found my cleaners home for sure!
