Herb and Valerie are the absolute best! Our A/C went out at the end of July 2024. We have 6 children and all had to sleep on the first floor, because our upstairs was in the 90’s. 😳😭 The first company we called gave us an insanely expensive fix price. We thought we were going to have to survive July and August without AC! 😩 We called Spotsylvania Courthouse Heating and AC for a second opinion. We spoke to Valerie (who was so lovely) and she was able to have Herb come out the same day! He was so kind and very much wanted to solve our problem as fast as he could! Herb checked out our unit and discovered the issue was in our attic. He had the part we needed in his truck and fixed the issue within 30 minutes!! Once again, Herb and Val represented the very best in customer service, technical mastery, and providing tremendous value for HVAC services. My AC went out after hours on July 3rd. One email later, Herb was at my house at 0900 on the 4th, with my AC being restored in 30 minutes. Normally, I wouldn't consider calling an HVAC contractor after hours for service on a holiday; however, this company has demonstrated its honesty, fair rates, and integrity to me several times in the past so l had no reservations at all. I switched HVAC contractors (to Spotsy Heating and Air) 8 years ago after a long and losing ordeal with another local company; best decision I ever made! Herb, Val, and their entire team are absolute aces in my book and they have repeatedly earned my highest recommendation!

Highly recommend them.. They came in and worked hard, very polite and respectful. Everyone including the office were very kind and helpful. In and out in less then a day. They showed up promptly as they said they would and got it done. Thank you guy's.

Great company! I needed work on my AC/Furnace in 2014, they were the best priced around by far, and they did a great job on time and schedule. The first thing they did was check to see if my unit was under warranty, which a few others didn't. I would recommend asking for Aaron, he has been the tech coming since day one, he is knowledgeable, quick, and pays great attention to detail.

We've had the best experience with Herb and Valerie. Herb was able to diagnose our system when another local vendor could not; he gave us multiple options at reasonable price points; he was always on time. He went above-and-beyond for us! Herb truly cares about his/his employees' workmanship--we will only be using his company going forward.
