Spouses Cleaning Houses

I scheduled a initial clean 30 days in advance. I emailed with the company back and forth and explained to them the exact services I was looking after reviewing the website for the services they offered and in return the sent me the invoice for those services. Fast forward to the day of the cleaning. The cleaning crew arrived and "cleaned". Upon completion they were preparing to depart when all of the services I signed up for was not complete. When questioned about the services we were told that they did not do those services. Confused on how they did not offer the services when they are clearly stated on the company website and correspondence went back and forth between them and I about the services I signed up for. We hired them to clean our house once a month. The initial deep cleaning was marginal at best, the showers definitely were not cleaned. I chose to give them another chance, since I have neighbors who have been very happy with them. The next time (the week before Christmas) they broke my convection microwave and just left a little note. I had 12 people coming to stay! Thank goodness my husband is handy and managed to get a part and get it fixed on Christmas eve. I called them to say they needed to pay for the part and I didn't want to use their services again because again my showers and floors weren't clean. I was told that they only way they would pay for the part was if it was deducted from another cleaning! Needless to say, they haven't been back

The company sent a crew of three for a 3,000sq/ft house move-out inspection and still underestimated the time required. We still had some odds and ends in the house so there were some questions about what they should clean and not, so that added a bit to it. The team did an ok job but missed quite a few things such as cobwebs in a few rooms and they didn't dust off or clean the inside window sills. The ladies were nice enough, but I likely won't use this company again.

The spouses have cleaned our house for many years (more than ten.) We always have a good experience! They are thorough, honest, and do a great job. It is always a great day when the spouses come! I only hesitate to write this because I want to keep them for my own little secret😁

Do not use Spouses Cleaning Houses! I contacted them after we moved into our home and explained that all kitchen appliances needed to be cleaned as well as bathrooms, and that I was 7 months pregnant. They sent 3 ladies and when I returned I saw that the appliances were still very dirty and the tubs were still dirty. They told me this was because "they were old" and could not be better than that and left. I of course scrubbed them all myself and got them looking clean but that was what I was hoping to avoid! I responded to their survey saying I had concerns about the service, to which I received an automatic "someone will contact you" response. No one did.
