Let me start by saying James Smith is the man. He was very knowledgeable and could elaborate every question I threw his way. Also very straight forward and easy to talk to. His honesty is what really stuck out, he’s the kind of guy that tells you the things you NEED to hear not necessarily what you want to hear unlike most other typical salesmen. Hell of a teacher, highly recommended.

Tony French was the best. Went above and beyond in the training. I feel able to use the machine properly and it was awesome how knowledgeable and gracious he was to sit with us for 9 hours teaching us everything.
