I have parked my car here every week for over 5 years! The staff is amazing, tentative, knowledgeable and kind. I have never had any issues and have had such a peace of mind knowing my car is in good hands. If you work downtown or just visiting, this is where you want to leave your car! Very satisfied, very thankful!
The valet service drove my car exceedingly fast in the indoor parking structure. Was not a big fan of hearing my tires come to a screeching stop :(
Beware of this parking lot, they don’t honor agreements with 3rd party services and change their rates on a whim.
If your car is not 7" or higher off the ground, driving into this garage will damage your undercarriage.
