My wife and I found Spring Construction / Aviv after we saw his home at an open house. We were impressed with the transformation he made to his kitchen & home. We've heard many horror stories with contractors but figured we at least knew where Aviv lived so we took a chance! We are glad we did. From the beginning, Aviv worked with our budget (first time homeowners) and promised to meet our extremely tight timeline as we were expecting (now born) a baby. We started with a flip of the kitchen, but after working closely with Aviv we expanded our scope to re-tiling a bathroom, re-finishing hardwood floors, and completing a re-wiring of the home + recessed lighting. Aviv and his team at Spring Construction have been amazing. We went through a very painful experience of our condo flooding due to a neighbor's leak and they made the whole experience painless. His positive attitude really helped get us through such a taxing time! And then to see the incredible craftsmanship of their work was the icing on the cake. If you are looking for a general contractor to stay on budget, do outstanding work and generally care about their customers then you can't go wrong with Spring Construction!

I had the best experience hiring these guys. I needed to redo our garage and turn it into a guest house. The results are unbelievable, it looks better than I could imagine, everything from design to finishing is perfect. Aviv made sure all my requests were met, I felt I was in good hands all along the way. The work was done on time and for a better price than other offers I got from companies I met with. I'm so happy I chose this company, I highly recommend them if you want the best results.

Wow! They were really good and very reasonably priced as well. Aviv was a real pleasure to work with and a good honest and full of life type of guy!
