Spring Green

The majority of my yard looks great, thanks Justin. But I have a couple of spots that are missing treatment. The third pic is actually in the front yard.

I really hate to leave poor reviews. It's not my nature, unless the service was "really bad." However, after going through the billing and cancellation process I didn't have another alternative. I wanted a locally owned lawn company and was forced to cancel Spring Green because the communication was awful. As a customer, there was never any indication that service was completed or what type of service was done, so I cancelled, or so I thought. Once I received the pre-payment option in January for 2025 season, and it was higher than paying per treatment, I was done. What I learned the hard way however, was that Spring Green's email goes un-replied and un-monitored obviously. Alan at a Spring Green always does a great job for us. We're notified before they arrive and then the lawn is serviced well, without any issues. We appreciate the great service!

Jerry was great! I was working in the yard when he came and he took the time to give me some insights into the application he was applying and general fall care of my lawn. Very helpful.
