If I could give six stars I would! First off, I thought that I was going to hear an outrageous bid that was unfair like most all bids I get for all my jobs needed to be done. I was very VERY pleasantly surprised to get more than a fair deal, beating all other bids. He repaired my damaged cupola which was three stories high and under very dangerous conditions. He finished repairing wood, sealing it and painted perfectly. I’m so happy to discover that this is a very friendly company and after speaking with him I quickly learned how extremely intelligent, knowledgeable and experienced SpringBrookPlace LLC is. I just want to add that he didn’t rush to get it done, took his time and cared for it in a professional manner. I was more than happy to tip for the excellent work. Absolutely! I high

I had water damage from multiple leaks in the wall of my kitchen, requiring everything on that side to be stripped down to the studs and replaced. Jack was great to work with and flexible with schedules. Even when we kept discovering more issues, he gave clear explanations of the problem and options to fix it and let me choose how to address it. Everything was clean and tidy when he left for the day. The project ended up involving plumbing, drywall, electrical, cabinetry, and tiling, and he did it all amazingly. The kitchen looks better than before!

Jack has done a shower install and tiled two bathrooms in my home, and has done excellent work. I'd recommend him for a variety of jobs, but especially if you need quality tile work done. He doesn't cut corners and our bathrooms look great!

We have used Jack (owner of Spring Brook Place LLC) for jobs in the past and will continue to do so with any of our future contracting needs! Jack does excellent work, is resourceful, and hardworking. Not only is he someone we absolutely feel comfortable with, but would also recommend his business to any of our family or friends!

SpringBrookPlace LLC is a contractor that is excellent at problem solving, provides high quality work, backs his work up, and is honest and reliable. I engaged him to “refresh” my garage and add more insulation. As the work progressed it became obvious that much more work was needed. He ably tackled each issue as it arose. Would, and have, hire him again!
