Don't, just don't, we have to get everything ripped back out as all the plumbing work they did leaked in our walls. Burn your house down before using this company. Recommended by our insurance as well. NEVER AGAIN.

Kind people until I asked them to work with my schedule for repairs. I told them how many days I could take off to be home for repairs. Aaron basically told me if you don't want people coming in when you aren't home, you can find someone else. He absolutely would NOT work with me and sent people out after I expressed my concerns. I'm not comfortable with people in my home when I'm not there and he made NO effort to accommodate me. They were recommended through my insurance company, even the insurance company agreed they treated me poorly on this matter.

If you feel like redoing the work, these guys are for you. Plumber they use left us with a gas leak and a beat up hot water heater.

Great team at Northwest Restoration. I had a minor water issue and called Aaron while he was on vacation and he took my call. Andrew came out the same day to inspect and set up a solution. Best team in the business!
