Skylar arrived on time. Performed a thorough cleaning of the condenser. The air handler was also cleaned , I mentioned i have been having breathing problems during the past several months he noticed some mold in the air handle and recommended installing a air ionizer, HVAC Air Purification System. Springer Brothers provided outstanding and timely service and communication for the sale and installation of a new A/C condenser, air handler, and thermostat. Throughout the process, all involved were here when they said they would be and their communication with us was superb. They performed the work efficiently and their clean-up afterward, including the removal of the old units, was excellent. All the staff we interacted with, including the sales representative, service technicians, and office staff were professional and friendly. All of them inspire confidence in the quality of the system we purchased. I will most definitely continue working with Springer Brothers for our future A/C needs, including periodic preventative maintenance. I very highly recommend Springer Brothers.

Another friendly and easy experience. Skylar was on top of things and serviced our AC unit in about an hour. I'm sure that he would have been even faster if I had remembered to move some of my Christmas stuff in the attic out of his way (sorry about that, I will do better next time).
