Springfield Plumbing & Heating Supply (Call for 24 Hours Availability)

I called these people to come clean out my gas boiler so I can have it ready to run for the winter. This company is very unprofessional and sent someone to my home that does not know what they are doing. The plumber doesn't show up one day then I call to make another appointment and the next day he shows up late without his tools to do the job. He then proceed to tell me what I don't need done instead of doing the job I asked him to do. I will never use this company for anything home related again.

A complete rip off ,stay away. He sold me a broken ventilation Valve which never work. He never give me my 49 dollars back He is very violent

They customer service was great, gave us the proper quote, and sent in staff the same day. Their staff knew exactly what was wrong. They replaced the heater, and made it perfect in no time.
