I just want to thank Brian at the store for his assistance today with the advice he provided me with my furnace issue. Got the new thermocouple I needed and fixed my furnace for less than $10 and a few hours of my time. Got my heat back on 🙏❤️💯

Brian at Springfield Plumbing Supply is outstanding, this business is your only choice when it comes to plumbing needs! Seriously, NO ONE else took the time to sell me a small piece of copper pipe, all the other plumbing supply stores only had 10' sections, and no one would sell just a foot! This is the only place all of you should be shopping, forget big box stores, listen to me here, or be an idiot!

After not being able to find what I needed in a replacement part for a kitchen faucet at my local hardware store, it was recommended that I go to Springfield plumbing supply. I walked in and told the gentleman at the counter what I was looking for. He suggested that I speak to the lady in the show room. I was willing to buy a completely new faucet just to get a pause button on the faucet for my kitchen sink. I was told that the lady that runs the show room was running five minutes late. I didn’t mind waiting because he gave me a chance to look around. Five minutes later I was told that she was still running late. The horrible attitude of the 2 women in the show room was just awful. They offered no help and when we approached them for sink options they shoved a catalog in front of us to search ourselves. You would think as a small business they would appreciate all customers but I guess not. I’ll take my business back to Home Depot. The owners should be ashamed to have such horrible employees trying to sell their items.
