Springhill did our bathroom and laundry room remodel! We called and they came...looked it over.. and within 2 days sent us a bid! They were really easy to work with, knowledgeable and the final cost was very close to the bid ! We were extremely happy with their work and the final outcome...Wes really understood my vision and turned it into a beautiful reality! They will definitely be our go-to on any projects!

I made an appointment and they didn’t show up. By the sounds of it the guy never left the shop. They claim he did and couldn’t find my house but I find it very hard to believe. They wouldn’t send anyone else out and gave no sympathy. Very horrible customer service. Do not go here if you need help. EDIT: I gave very clear straight forward instructions and even dumbed it down for them. They did not offer to reschedule they told me to call someone else. They blamed me for their tech guy being lazy and not bothering to show up. I was outside my house waiting and saw nobody. I have people almost daily have no problem getting to my house, it’s a very easy place to find so for them to lie to me and then try to blame me even still is highly unprofessional and says a lot about how they run their co

These guys saved the day! I don’t really believe the bad reviews. I had an emergency leak under my house and they were the first ones to get out to my house and they were the same day. Everyone else was asking like $200 just to come out and no one could even come until a day or two later. They got my leak fixed same day and were very professional. Would definitely recommend this company. 👍
